At MedPro Respiratory Care, we are committed to providing high-quality respiratory and sleep therapy products that meet manufacturer specifications at the time of sale. Due to the personal medical nature of many of our products, specific return restrictions apply in accordance with infection control standards and Health Canada guidelines.

Return Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, MedPro Respiratory Care cannot accept returns of opened items. All sales are final on opened products.

We may accept returns on unopened products returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval by MedPro Respiratory Care. Returned products must:

• Remain unopened and unused
• Be in original packaging
• Maintain packaging integrity
• Pass inspection for infection control and resale eligibility

Not all products are eligible for return. Return approvals are provided solely at the discretion of MedPro Respiratory Care.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

Approved returns are subject to:

• A 20% restocking fee
• Non-refundable original shipping charges
• Return shipping costs paid by the customer

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened CPAP masks, machines, tubing, filters, and accessories
• Personal-use respiratory products
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
• Full oxygen cylinders, in accordance with Health Canada guidelines
• Clearance, final sale, or specially ordered items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact MedPro Respiratory Care as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assist with the review process.

Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage.

Refunds

Approved refunds or store credits will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by MedPro Respiratory Care. Refund timing may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

Warranty Information

MedPro Respiratory Care honors all applicable manufacturer warranties in accordance with each manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Please note:

• Warranty determinations are made solely by the manufacturer
• MedPro Respiratory Care may assist with the warranty process but does not determine claim validity
• Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service or manufacturer repair centers
• Warranty coverage does not apply to products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
