PAP Equipment

CPAP, APAP & Bilevel Funding

Funding applies to the approved system and program price. Your clinical assessment and application determine eligibility.

ADP Funding & Your Share

For eligible PAP systems, ADP generally pays 75% of its approved price. The client pays the remaining 25% of that price. Ask for an itemized quote showing any optional extras.

Qualifying clients receiving Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) may receive 100% of the ADP price.

Assessment & Supplies

ADP requires PAP assessment by a doctor at an ADP-registered sleep clinic. The clinic and registered equipment vendor complete their parts of the application.

Confirm what is included with the initial system. ADP does not cover replacement CPAP masks and headgear; ask about insurance or other benefits for ongoing supplies.

Home Oxygen Funding

Medical eligibility and the home oxygen application process determine the approved support.

Coverage & Costs

ADP generally funds 75% of eligible home oxygen therapy costs, with 25% payable by the client.

100% coverage applies to eligible clients who are 65 or older, live in a long-term care home, receive Ontario Works, ODSP or ACSD, or receive professional services through Ontario Health atHome.

Getting Started

Prepare Your ADP Application

1. Complete the Medical Requirements

Arrange the required assessment and clinical paperwork. Your care team can identify the tests, prescription and forms needed for the equipment.

2. Confirm the Vendor Route

For funded equipment, use a vendor registered with ADP for that category. Supply grants can have different retailer rules; follow the relevant application instructions.

3. Check Approval & Costs

Follow the program’s application and approval steps before ordering or buying equipment. Confirm your share of the cost and any optional extras in writing.

MedPro can prepare an equipment quote and product details for a coverage review. Visit Insurance & Funding for general coverage questions or Financing to review payment options.
