Waterless humidification

HumidX retains heat and moisture from exhaled air and returns it to the incoming airflow, providing humidification without a heated water chamber or distilled water.

Which AirMini package should I choose?

Choose the N20 setup pack for an existing AirFit N20 or AirTouch N20 mask, the F20 setup pack for an existing AirFit F20 or AirTouch F20 mask, or the F30 setup pack for an existing AirFit F30 mask. If a mask is needed, the paid N30 for AirMini and P10 for AirMini packs include one. Contact MedPro if the existing mask is not listed.

Does the AirMini package include a mask?

The FREE N20, F20 and F30 setup packs include connection components and tubing, but no mask. The paid N30 for AirMini and P10 for AirMini mask packs include a mask, tubing, HumidX and HumidX Plus.

What happens to the free setup pack if I choose N30 or P10?

The N30 or P10 for AirMini mask pack replaces the free setup-pack option. It is charged at an additional cost and supplies the dedicated mask and connection setup. The order includes one selected pack.

Does AirMini work with my current CPAP mask?

AirMini supports AirFit N20, AirTouch N20, AirFit F20, AirTouch F20 and AirFit F30 with the appropriate AirMini setup pack, plus the dedicated N30 for AirMini and P10 for AirMini masks. Standard N30 and P10 masks are not the dedicated AirMini versions. Contact MedPro to check any mask not listed.

Does every AirMini package offer waterless humidification?

No. The N20, N30 for AirMini and P10 for AirMini packs support HumidX and HumidX Plus. The F20 pack includes HumidX F20. Waterless humidification is not available with AirFit F30.

Can I use standard tubing or heated tubing with AirMini?

AirMini uses dedicated AirMini tubing and compatible mask connectors. Standard CPAP tubing and heated tubing are not substitutes for the AirMini connection system.

What is the difference between the N30 and P10 mask packs?

N30 for AirMini is a nasal cradle mask that rests under the nose; its fit pack includes Small, Medium and Small-Wide cushions. P10 for AirMini is a nasal pillows mask; its pack includes Small, Medium and Large nasal pillows. Both are paid pack options and include AirMini tubing, HumidX and HumidX Plus.

Do I need a smartphone to use AirMini?

The AirMini app offers comfort settings and therapy information through Bluetooth on supported iOS and Android devices. After the machine has been configured appropriately, its start/stop button can operate therapy without the app.

Does AirMini have a built-in battery?

No. The machine operates from its external power supply or a separately purchased compatible power solution. Contact MedPro to confirm the appropriate battery and connection accessories before ordering.

Can I travel by air with AirMini?

AirMini meets FAA requirements for in-flight use. Check the airline’s medical-device, power and battery requirements before travel. Follow ResMed’s instructions for airplane mode and operation on board.

How often should HumidX cartridges be replaced?

HumidX cartridges must be replaced within 30 days after their packaging is opened, even when used intermittently. They cannot be washed. Follow the instructions supplied with the specific HumidX cartridge.

Is a prescription required?
